Shipping policy

We currently ship to addresses within the Republic of Ireland only.

 

Shipping rates: A flat shipping rate of €30 applies to all orders under €250 in value. Orders of €250 or more qualify for free shipping.

 

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability. As this is a closing down sale, some parts may sell out in-store between online orders. If an item you have ordered cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and issue a full refund for that item.

 

Delivery time: Delivery times vary depending on the size and weight of the part but are typically 2-5 business days from dispatch within Ireland.

 

Local pickup: Local pickup from our premises in Tralee, Co. Kerry is available for certain bulky or fragile items (such as cabs, body panels, sheet metal, and large implements/attachments). You will be notified if your order qualifies for pickup only.

 

Damaged or lost items: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at accounts@kerrytractors.ie and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
